What is LabIt?
LabIt was an initiative from the city of La Plata, Argentina, to modernize public services between 2016 and 2017. The goal was to digitize key processes such as municipal procedures, transportation, open data, training and citizen participation, always with a user-centered design approach.

The Team at LabIt
I was part of a multidisciplinary team within the Municipality of La Plata. We worked closely with public officials, developers, and data specialists. My role was to incorporate user-centered design into public services, ensuring accessibility and usability for citizens in contexts with diverse digital literacy levels.
