Context — Professional Development in Government

Municipal employees needed ongoing training to improve their skills and provide better service to citizens. However, training opportunities were scattered, difficult to access, and lacked proper tracking.

The challenge was to create a centralized platform that would make training accessible, trackable, and relevant to each employee's role and career development goals.

My role focused on understanding the learning needs of municipal employees and designing an experience that would encourage continuous professional development.
